Community Care Contracts

This book provides a practical guide to the provision of community care services under the NHS and Community Care Act 1990, which came into force in 1993. It aims to guide the reader systematically through the labyrinth of relevant housing day-care domiciliary and social worker visiting services, and the many contracts for these services. The intention is to provide a complete overview of this developing area of law in a practical and accessible manner. In addition, an appendix of sample contracts is included.
