FASHIONS OF A DECADE 1970'S

Part of an illustrated series of books which looks at the fashion of a specific decade. This particular book looks at the fashion of the 1970s from 1970 to 1979. As well as examining the styles that are prevalent in each year of the decade, this book also looks at the social and cultural background to each fashion phenomena. Individual sections in this book look at "nostalgia", "trash culture" and "disco kings and queens". Other "Fashions of a Decade" books include those that look at the 1980s, the 1960s and the 1930s.
