CD-ROM Periodical Index

This is a guide to periodicals indexed, abstracted or published full-text on CD-ROM databases. The user can trace CD-ROM coverage of a particular periodical, as well as check at a glance the entire contents of each CD-ROM indexed in this guide. The first part of the book lists 77 major CD-ROM databases, including publisher, price, and years covered, usually with some additional information that relates to the kind of access they provide to the items they index (or include in fulltext). The second part of the book is an index by periodical title, citing the CD-ROMs which index or include it. This index will not usually list the dates of coverage for the different CD-ROMs, but it will indicate when the publication is included in fulltext on the CD-ROM indicated. A final section provides the addresses of publishers of the CD-ROMs covered.
