The first covers trespass and discusses: what constitutes trespass; who may maintain an action in trespass; and defences and remedies for defence. The second chapter covers nuisance, and provides: analysis of who can sue and be sued; types of nuisance; fault, nuisance and foreseeability; and remedies and defences. Chapter three deals with more specific areas of interference with land of breach of covenant or contract. The last chapter covers all the wrongfull interfenerces under statute. There is also a section at the end of the last chapter which deals with the new criminal penalties for trespass. Detailed analysis of decided cases provides practical discussion of specific situations.
