Management of the Pediatric Maxillofacial Patient

This issue promises to be a comprehensive review of the management of the pediatric maxillofacial patient. Articles will include reviews of impacted teeth, sedation, implants, cysts, distraction osteogenesis, ankylosis of the TMJ, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, dentoalveolar trauma, condylar fractures, and secondary orthognathic surgery. A special article on child abuse recognition and management will be presented.
