Computing Anticipatory Systems: CASYS'98 - Second International Conference

This book deals with anticipatory systems, an emergent new paradigm in systems research. A computing anticipatory system is a system which contains a model for computing its current state as a function of future potential states anticipated by this model. New conceptual, mathematical and computational tools are presented in this book for modelling such anticipatory systems.
