To address the issue of high construction costs, it is necessary to explore the integration of new materials into the building process. Utilizing locally available resources can significantly reduce the overall cost of housing. The selection of building materials should be based on compatibility with the surrounding environment, ensuring that the homes are not only affordable but also sustainable and suitable for the local climate.
