These waltzes were made easier from Dersom's 24 Waltzes (Op. 1) by the composer himself, ensuring they are true to the originals.

The 12 Grand Waltzes feature an excellent variety of moods and settings, including the cheerful Waltz No. 1, the mysterious and dissonant Waltz No. 7, the swung Waltz No. 16, and the warm Waltz No. 18, among others.
