Electrocardiography in Acute Care Medicine

This EKG interpretation text is aimed specifically at hospital-based physicians in the fields of critical care, emergency medicine and anaesthetics. Organized around the patient's presenting symptoms, full 12-lead electrocardiograms are used to illustrate each condition. Also included are descriptions of findings of the electrocardiogram, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and a brief discussion of how the diagnosis is made, potential errors to be avoided, and brief notation about therapy in those instances where it is appropriate.
