These notes are an attempt to provide veterinary students and others with an abbreviated overall view of the current disease situation. An environmental approach to poultry problems is strongly recommended to the clinician invited to investigate the course of a disease, which may be multifactorial in origin. Multifactorial diseases are particularly common in game birds, and the notes contain information on the latest maladies affecting these creatures.
