Sir Peter Coulson's book on Construction Adjudication was the first to deal comprehensively with the law and practice of adjudication in construction and engineering disputes and is now firmly established as the leading authority in the field.
Painstakingly revised, the new edition considers in detail over 50 new adjudications, including the first ever to be featured in the mainstream law reports (Westfields Construction Lt v Lewis [2013] 1 WLR 3377). It also includes full consideration of the impact of the coming into force of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.
Known for being 'learned and lucid' this work is the definitive text for both legal practitioners and construction professional looking for a clear analysis of the law and practice of adjudication.
