French and Canadian Recipes

Canada and France have many things in common, for example French is spoken in Quebec and many Canadian inhabitants are of French origin. Canadian cuisine has many points in common with French cuisine, but despite these the two kitchens are very different from each other, all of which is due to an evolution of Canadian cuisine, which starting from French cuisine has had its own cultural revolution. In this book we present the recipes of one and the other nation so that you can make excellent dishes of French cuisine and Canadian cuisine, ideally we bring together in a single book the two cousins ¿¿divided by the ocean. The recipes are all easy to make and explained in great detail.
