The fifth volume of the "International Review of Industrial and Organizational Psychology" contains nine chapters, contributed by scholars within the industrial, occupational and organizational psychology fields. During its five years this series has provided coverage of 50 topics within the I/O psychology field and so far no topic has been reviewed more than once. The majority of authors of the chapters in the first five volumes are from the USA and whilst this represents an accurate reflection of the worldwide I/O psychology literature the editors have steadily been introducing contributions from other countries.
