BioQUEST Library VI: Volume 6

The BioQUEST Library is a peer-reviewed collection of software modules (simulations, tools, datasets) assembled to help students learn biology in a computer-based laboratory environment. By simulating and solving problems using the same methodologies and reasoning skills that research scientists use, students gain insight into ecology, evolution, genetics, molecular biology, physiology, developmental biology, botany, and neurobiology. The BioQUEST tools and simulations, while not intended to replace actual laboratory or field experience, can make it possible for students to engage in simulated scientific research. New, powerful, and engaging modules have been added to the sixth volume, as well as new cross-platform versions of earlier BioQUEST modules
