Citizens' Education for Good Governance

This Citizens Education Action Learning Guide was produced to complement the Commonwealth Foundation's Citizen and Governance Toolkit, drawing on information in the Toolkit and elsewhere, making it more accessible for trainers by creating widely applicable learning modules. The CEAL guide provides activities and processes for the facilitator to help develop knowledge and skills and to involve citizens as active participants in the process of governance.
