Two brothers, Tashi and his elder brother, Dawa, tend their family's flock of sheep on the mountainside. Little Tashi tries to help his brother but his head is filled with dreams of going to school, leading to mishaps and danger. The brothers encounter many perils that threaten their family's livelihood and Tashi's dream of attending school.
The beauty of the mountain and the pastures is captured in this charming tale of two young boys discovering savagery in nature and finding the strength to overcome obstacles and set-backs to preserve what is most dear to them
