Guide to the Patents Acts: 4th Cumulative Supplement to 3r. e

The "CIPA Guide to the Patents Acts" is known to patent agents as "The Black Book". This fourth cumulative supplement to the third edition, which is up to date to February 10th 1993, cross-refers to and updates the main work using the main work's paragraph numbering. Coverage includes all cases reported in Fleet Street Reports, Reports of Patent Cases, European Intellectual Property Review and European Patent Office Reports up to the end of 1992. There is also full expalantory commentary on the supplementary protection certificates, which give up to five years extra protection for some medicinal products. The EC Regulation on supplementary protection certificates is reproduced, together with the UK's implementing Rules and Regulations.
