Guide to the Patents Acts: 3rd Cumulative Supplement to 3r. e

This supplement brings the main work up to date to January 1992 and includes commentary on the cases and decisions emanating from the European Patent Office and the UK courts since the last cumulative supplement, including the decision of the House of Lords in "Asahi's Application". It also contains the Examination Regulations for Patent Agents and the Rules for the Professional Conduct of Patent Agents, issued by the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents, plus the guidelines attached to these rules. Further commentary, cases and articles published since the main work was first made available in September 1989 are also included.
