European Patent Law Service: CD-Rom

Brings together all the vital material required on the European Patent System. The CD-ROM is based on two reference sources, "The European Patent Source Finder" and "The European Patents Handbook". It contains over 2000 fully indexed references, with summaries, to the most important material having a bearing on European Patent Convention law, practice and procedure. It gives immediate access to prime sources of information decisions, many from the European Patent Appeal Boards; advice from the Legal Division of the European Patent Office concerning European Patent Convention practice; and decisions of national courts and patent offices in the contracting states to the Convention.
