Almost all of the things that we do, from the simple and mundane to the most complex, are presented in a pictorial fashion. The photography is the best feature of the book in that all of the key surgical maneuvers are perfectly depicted in each photograph... "It is rare to be able to benefit from a book that has a complete array of color photography. In addition to the high resolution, each photograph is taken from the "eye of the surgeon" which adds to the utility of each visual vignette. It was a pleasure to read through this book.
