The Mountain Biker's Guide to the Lake District

Part of a series designed to show that, above all, mountain biking is fun and an excellent way to enjoy some of the lesser known parts of Britain. The Lake District is a popular location for the growing sport of all terrain and off road cycling. The book divides the Lake District into sections, illustrating each section with maps. Advice and information is included on the main places to visit, circular and other mountain bike tours in the area, pubs, restaurants, accommodation and tourist information centres.
