Arthur Bull spent six months of intensive writing, filling dozens of journals with notes, sketches, dream narratives and essays. From that raw material he trimmed, tightened, strengthened, and played with the texts during a long trip in Asia. Then a further pass of rigorous editing and unexpected inspirations resulted in the volume you hold in your hand. "You may notice recurring themes that run below the surface, something like rhizomes that hold seemingly-separate lily pads as a single organism."A volume worth slow and thoughtful reading..
