The book identifies the many legal problems which will be encountered during the life of a firm and emphasizes the need to look for practical solutions. Particular attention is paid to the drafting of a partnership agreement and the book also provides coverage of revisions of the Law Society regulations and the Publicity and Introductions and Referrals Codes.
