Non-means Tested Benefits 1998

This guide focuses on those non-means tested areas of the Jobseeker's Allowance and other benefits that raise important issues before Social Security Appeal Tribunals and the Court. It includes the text of, and commentary on, the Jobseekers Act 1995, as well as material on rules for making claims and appeals, the abolition of good cause for delay in claiming and rules on backdating, provisions on decision-recording tribunals and a set of Computation of Earnings Regulations.
