Monsieur Pamplemousse Aloft

The fifth comic detective novel in this series, this adventure story features a pair of unlikely detectives, a gastronome and his dog "Pomme Frites" who become entangled with a carful of hirsute nuns, amorous female drunks and a dramatic car rescue chase. Famous for the creation of "Paddington Bear" the author has also written four other novels in the "Pamplemousse" series, the most recent being "Monsieur Pamplemousse Takes The Cure".
