Financial cross-border activities into and out of Switzerland

Since the publication in October 2010 of FINMA's Position paper on risks in cross-border financial services, Swiss banks are required to actively manage the risks of their activities directed towards foreign markets. The purpose of this book is to help financial
participants in assessing the regulatory situation abroad, by providing them with tools in order to understand regulations that can often differ significantly from one country to
another.
The book is an English translation of 'Activités financières cross-border vers et depuis la Suisse' published in 2010 and which constitutes, as of now, the only work in this field.
