The covered in the book were rated separately on the quality of the merchandise, presentation and service by 7,200 surveyors, who shop on average 2.75 time a week (adding up to more thana million trips a year!). Of those reviewers 72 per cent were women and only 28 per cent were men, the breakdown by age is 34 per cent in their 20s; 30 per cent 30s; 16 per cent 40s; 14 per cent 50s and 6 per cent 60s and above.
