Construction Contract Law

This work aims to cover almost all contractual issues which arise in relation to the formation, operation and termination of construction contracts, as well as to provide students of construction law with a comprehensive and contemporary collection of source materials, illustrating these issues. Each chapter begins with an introduction, followed by coverage of the substantive issues, and then by notes, problems and suggestions for further reading. Although the emphasis is on UK law, the book draws its material from a range of jurisdictions and may be of use to graduate and postgraduate students of surveying, building and architecture, as well as to law students and construction professionals.
