This book is about Water Safety. Water Safety can involve various components, including life jackets, swim lessons, and even Water Rescue classes that start as early as 6 months old. Please don't wait to put your child in a class; water is everywhere, and it only takes 30 seconds to drown. Drowning is the leading cause of death in children ages 1-4. This is preventable by not only educating yourself about water safety, but also by enrolling your children in specialized Water Rescue classes that differ from traditional swim classes. Water Rescue classes teach your child, as young as 6 months old, to float on their back if they fall into any body of water. This could save their lives until you can save them.
