Organized by signs and symptoms, this clinical handbook provides a quick reference to the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disorders. Over 60 ocular signs and symptoms are presented in an expanded outline format for easy reference. Each chapter includes a diagnostic algorithm, SOAP (Subjective; Objective; Assessment; Plan -- the four steps that define the differential diagnosis process) notes of five of the most common signs or symptoms, generous use of differential diagnosis tables, and a list of suggested reading.
Rezensionen / Stimmen
I especially like the first part of the book which is organized according to symptoms. The decision-making flowcharts are also very helpful. The text would benefit greatly from images of each condition.
