John the shepherd

On a beautiful summer's morning in the Zermatt mountains, I spotted a park with sheep and a shepherd's hut. It was the first time I'd had such an encounter. I was a little dazzled. Then a tall, slender, elegant shepherd with a stick and a big, dark dog opened up the park and I thought I'd better get out of the way of the supposed flock. But what a surprise to find myself suddenly surrounded by sheep.
