Holding a degree in mechanical engineering from the RWTH Aachen University with speciali-sation in Production Technology as his major, Nils began his career working for manufactur-ing industries in Germany and India. In 2007, he took a leap of faith, deciding to utilise his professional knowledge and experience to work as an independent consultant. Working with global clients, including companies in troubled situations, he further broadened his expertise in strategy implementation, organisation building, and change management.
