Drafting in Contract and Tort

This work revises and expands the authors' earlier work on drafting in tort, to provide a guide to preparing essential court documents which may be required in contract and tort cases. Designed both as step-by-step lessons in drafting for beginners and a reference work for those seeking to refresh or improve their drafting skills, the book explains and illustrates how to draft statements of case and other court documents under the new Civil Procedure Rules.
