Stereochemistry of Heterogeneous Metal Catalysis

This is the first single volume to list and review comprehensively the available literature and experimental results on the role of stereochemistry in organic reactions catalysed by metals. The aim of this book is to collate the published results relating to the stereochemistry of the transformations of various organic compounds on metal catalysts, and to classify these. The chapters are arranged according to compound type, but do not deal exclusively with the stereochemistry of the individual metal-catalysed processes. They also cover the steps preceding surface reactions, with a view to facilitating the understanding of the stereochemistry of catalytic reactions.
