E-HRM and the related term Human Resource Information Systems are topics that are becoming popular in scientific research. Despite the increasing recognition for e-HRM, there remain several mysteries and realms to be investigated regarding e-HRM adoption and deployment. This thesis aims to support the ongoing investigations for e-HRM, by relating country characteristics in the socio- cultural, political, and economic environment to e-HRM adoption and deployment outcomes.
