It's not easy being a cyber-addicted girl! Swipe, share, like and swipe again. Over and over again... While drying her hair, while in bed, while cooking. This obsession with her phone and social media causes her anxiety. Bach realizes it and confesses... she is cyber-addicted. So she decides to do something about it: spend a month without social media. If some do it with alcohol, why not with social media? During that month of abstinence, Bach documented her reflections on her use of social media, the effect it had on her time management, her concentration, her passions and her relationships with those close to her. Through her experience, the author, who has achieved her popularity precisely thanks to social media, raises numerous questions that invite us to reflect. This is the report in comic form resulting from that experience.
