"Where to stay in Spain, Portugal & Andorra" is one of a new series of guides to hotels which the AA is launching in 1992 in association with its sister club in the Netherlands, ANWB The Royal Dutch Touring Club. All the 1000 hotels are regularly inspected, and up-to-date prices and details of facilities listed; those that are particularly recommended are highlighted in the directory with a full description and photograph. Designed for the independent traveller, the book contains a full ABC of information on motoring abroad, with useful touring information on shopping and banking hours, national holidays, etc. Clearly drawn maps highlighting the hotel locations and town plans of capital cities should enable the reader to plan travel routes.
