This handbook is a guide to more than 4000 AA-inspected (with a percentage assessment for quality of service and amenity) hotels and restaurants in Britain and Ireland. All hotels are visited by a team of 20 or so experienced inspectors who book in anonymously and report without fear or favour. Owners of the guide can get 10% discount off their room bill at around a third of the hotels in the guide.
