In 2010, he was appointed to the faculty of Atlantic University of Virginia Beach, where he teaches an online parapsychology course. He is the co-author, with the late renowned psychic Annette Martin, of The Ghost Detectives Guide to Haunted San Francisco (Craven Street Books, 2011).
