For over 15 years, David has served in both military and civilian roles in government and in the private sector. Serving in various roles as a financial manager, resource manager, and program manager, he has spent the last three years as the Director for Strategic Planning and Process Improvement. He has logged over 2,000 hours in the classroom instructing Lean Six Sigma, project management, and numerous tenets of leadership for the Department of Defense, UCLA, and Dale Carnegie Training. David is also an advisor and coach on performance improvement and a commissioned officer in the Air Force Reserve. He mentors small business entrepreneurs through a small business administration affiliated non-profit organization called SCORE. David also owns and operates a small consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses succeed through big business principles. As a champion for change within his organization, David guides and develops employees at all levels.
