This new edition of the fragments and testimonia relating to the 7th century BC poet Archilochus replaces previous editions. It utilizes recently published papyri and inscriptions, and includes a separate set of testimonia for art, performance, and exegesis of Archilochus' poetry in the archaic and classical periods. According to the ancient division of Archilochus' poems attested in copies on papyrus, the edition is divided into three volumes: vol. I: Carmina Elegiaca, vol. II: Carmina Iambica, and vol. III: Carmina Polymetrica
