Marine Schneider is a Belgian author and illustrator. When she was five years old, she was adamant that she would make children's books when she grew up. Fifteen years later, she began studying illustration in Ghent, where her passion for picture books only grew. She takes great pleasure in telling simple but beautiful stories, both in words and pictures. After Life and I, I am Life and The Path, this is her fourth book with Little Gestalten.
