Philippians was written by the apostle Paul during his imprisonment by the Roman government. Although a short letter it is filled with God's truths, Paul's love for the Philippian church, and evidence that regardless of our circumstances we should rejoice in the Lord. By seeing the evidence of Paul's witness in Caesar's household we have proof that nothing can keep the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ from being shared.
