This work shows in details the steps for designing and building "Arabic expert system shell for general diagnosing systems". GADESS (General Arabic Diagnosing Expert System Shell) is a system with to phases. First phase helps human expert to built his expert system. Second phase helps inexpert person to diagnose his problem. GADESS solves the problem of typing error and duplication. GADESS shows in details "Arabic Morphological System", which is very important to prevent the natural language understanding problems, especially in systems that requires collecting knowledge from users.
