This text will serve as a "user's guide" to the study of hyperbolic volume. With clear exposition, the author gives a panoramic view of the many techniques used in, and consequences of, this active area of mathematics. It is targeted at first- and second-year graduate students and it will be a good text for a one-semester topic course.
