Supply chain management is a set of practices used to integrate suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and stores so that the goods are produced and distributed in appropriate quantities, to the right locations, in a timely manner, minimizing system-wide costs to meet service level and customers¿ requirements. The purpose of this book was to investigate the role of applying total quality management (TQM) principles on improving supply chain practices in Nile Paints Company. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was employed using a questionnaire consisted of (24) items. Data were collected from 30 participants using random sampling technique, and the hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, where a set of statistical methods was used for analysis such as chi squire, percentage, graphs. The results of this study showed that the leaders of Nile Paints Company are committed to apply the principles of total quality management. In addition, the results revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between total quality management principles and supply chain practices.
