American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Standard for Commercial Launch Safety

This text presents the minimum requirements for conducting safe commercial launches of payloads into Earth orbit or for sub-orbital purposes. Safety is based on limiting the exposure of the uninvolved public. The obligations of the launch operator and the lanch site operator are also described.
