Severe Mental Disorders Program: Collection

This groundbreaking program, developed by the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center (PRC) and Hazelden, gives organizations the resources and tools needed to successfully treat clients' co-occurring severe mental health and substance use disorders at the same time by the same team.

Each component can stand on its own, but purchased together as a collection allows you to span the continuum of care while stretching your budget further.
