Alternate Routes Alcohol Diversion Program Curriculum

The Alternate Routes diversion program serves as a wake-up call to kids who are experimenting with risky behaviors involving drinking. An effective resource for schools, alternative schools, community agencies, and juvenile drug courts, Alternate Routes helps youth identify and build on their strengths in order to reshape their lives. Using a strength-based approach, Sobering Facts has real teens sharing important information about alcohol use, how it affects the brain, how it increases the likelihood of accidents and injuries, and how it can harm school performance, relationships, and health.
