Over 80 brands, including some from Canada, Australia, South Africa and countries in mainland Europe as well as those from the UK, have been tested by feline inspectors - Harrods, Wilkie, Arnold, Jasmine, Bennett, Basil, Nutmeg and friends. Their findings are written up by the authors, with detailed reports, catty comments, "Paws & Claws" ratings, and additional information on contents, healthy eating, availability and convenience. Only one cat food wins the inspectors' "Golden Whisker Award".
